I'm interested in actually knowing how it could help humanity to remember our star origins. How could it strengthen us? How could it align us with our true work here? How could it unite us? How could it deepen our devotion to Mother Earth, rather than distract us away from our here and now reality on earth? Did you know that the term "Star Seed" is from ancient Greece, from 200 BC? They believed that within every human being there was a Seed (like Soul Light) that connected them to their original star system.
I believe it's a fear that to turn our gaze to the stars severs us from Earth. For Earth is a shining blue planet within a solar system within a star cluster, within a galaxy. To become aware of our larger identity as "citizens of a galaxy" invites us to be larger as people - more inclusive, more expansive in our ideas, more willing to collaborate with off-earth energies to fulfill our purpose of shifting society towards sustainability, equality and heart-awakeness. We are swimming in resources that can help us. We are not doing this alone. So what stops us from knowing ourselves in this way?

Our power as human beings lies in our true and authentic self-love and esteem. From this unshakable center, we can look upon the world and everything in it, and feel love for it all. It is this love-power within us that actually moves us to take action on behalf of what we love, wherever we perceive dis-ease, imbalance, suffering and pain. “Lord make me an instrument of thy peace…” St. Francis is requesting God to tune him to the sound resonance of love and peace, like an instrument. “Where there is hatred, let me bring love. Where there is offense, let me bring pardon. Where there is discord, let me bring union…” As a tuning fork of God, St. Francis, and so all of us, can enter into places of discord and vibrate truth there until it begins to shift.
It takes inner-work to become so attuned to love that we vibrate this strongly. Usually we find love and really feel it, and want to spread it, then enter into an place of density and we end up matching the density. But imagine the power of unfaltering love?
Vibrating at Love
This is something we must focus on willingly. As we do, the vibration of love shakes loose our own density. The love clears us, heals us, invites us to forgive ourselves and others. We become more and more hollow and hallowed. We begin to resonate more with love than hate, wisdom than lies, and connection rather than selfishness.
If it is challenging to connect with self-love, a simple practice to open your heart is to focus on the image of someone you love. Hold them in your heart and breath. Let yourself smile. Feel their love for you. Hold this for as long as you can. This meditation will raise your vibration.
If we understood the power of BEING embodied Love, we would drop all frivilous pursuits immediately and focus on compassion and forgiveness, on healing ourselves, and on becoming whole. That all of you reading this now are focused in this way, is a reason for great hope!
To vision a better planet and hope that it will manifest simply through changing the surface appearance, without each person earnestly changing their inner-terrain, is folly. We will only recreate imbalance and suffering again, but in a different way.
So stay true to your inner-work. Continue to forgive yourself and others for past immature behaviors. Release all past entanglements and focus your gaze on the NOW; the place where all potential and possibility reside. Say yes to your power. Open to your power. Let the Divine Presence tune you to LOVE. Be willing to let the power of your true love MOVE you into action. Don’t go numb. Don’t be afraid of failure. Don’t invalidate your thoughts, ideas or dreams. Find others to collaborate with who share your dreams. Don’t wait. There are future beings depending on you waking up!
